Meet Our Staff
Home Care Helpers was founded in 2009 by Scott and Roger. Both men realized the need for high-quality senior care in the Iredell area after caring for their own mothers. They created the agency as a way to help individuals get the personal health care they need in the comfort of their home.
Scott became friends with Sandy while she was working as a registered nurse in local hospitals. Scott and Roger knew Sandy was a natural fit for their new home health care agency. Today, Sandy is responsible for developing personalized care plans for our clients. She also oversees staff training and development and conducts home visits and evaluations. Sierra is a CNA and is the administrative assistant and personnel coordinator at Home Care Helpers.
We are proud of our team of qualified home care professionals. Each of our caregivers undergoes an extensive vetting process including professional, personal, and vehicle background checks. Each employee receives extensive training, including Alzheimer's and dementia care and fall prevention. Our licensed and bonded caregivers are dedicated to improving the lives of our clients through professional, dependable care.
